Monthly Moon Yoga
Join a yoga circle in our ancient buildings
Movement & mindfulness
Join us round the fire in one of our historic buildings for an evening of yoga, relaxation, and personal growth in one of our monthly yoga classes. In these intimate circles, we align with the lunar cycle from the full moon to the new, relax our minds and bodies, and practice restorative yoga. Release stress, find clarity, or simply connect with a supportive community.
Warm, inclusive, and welcoming to all experience levels, our yoga classes offer a nurturing space for all to thrive.

Our yoga circles
We offer two yoga classes to coincide with different phases of the moon:
Lunar Connect & Reset
Reset and recharge
Join us at the new moon to reset, recharge, and welcome in fresh intentions for the month ahead.
Ground yourself by the fire in our Great Roundhouse, and take the time to check in with your body and your mind. Through gentle movement, reflective practices, and a craft activity designed to inspire creativity and self-expression, relax and recharge as the moon begins its cycle anew.
Guided activities include restorative yoga, breathwork, meditation, and gentle, mindful crafts, from origami to stone-painting.
Dates & times: Fridays monthly, 7pm to 9pm
Tickets: £26.50
Full Moon Flow
Release, reflect, and renew
Draw on the full moon’s energy as we let go of what no longer serves us and give thanks for how far we’ve come.
Leave the hectic modern world behind and join an intimate and supportive circle to embark on a journey of self-reflection and growth. With insight from oracle cards, and a carefully-curated crystal of the month, connect with the cosmic energy of the moon at its strongest.
Guided activities include an opening and closing circle, restorative yoga, journaling, meditation, oracle card pulls, crystals, breathwork, and occasional sound therapy.
Dates & times: Fridays monthly, 7pm to 9pm
Tickets: £26.50

About our yoga classes
What are the benefits of yoga?
Yoga is an ancient practice that blends physical health and mental wellbeing. Its benefits include increased flexibility, lowered stress levels, energy boosts, and mindfulness, and regular practice can help you feel stronger, calmer, and more centered.
You’ll want to bring a yoga mat, a pen, and a mug to our circles. Some people also bring a cushion, blanket, hot water bottle, plastic sheet to go under the yoga mat and keep it clean, or torch.
What should I bring?
Anyone and everyone! If you’re already a yoga-lover, brilliant, but you’re just as welcome even if you’re new or unsure. We all start somewhere, and we hope the supportive environment in our yoga circles will be the perfect place to start your journey.
If you have any concerns or needs, including mobility issues or pregnancy, just get in touch at hello@butserancientfarm.co.uk
Who are the classes for?
Yes, both our classes run every month. You can attend as frequently or infrequently as you’d like! Join us through the changing seasons to check in with all areas of your life across the year.
Are there classes every month?
