Trader Applications Now Open!
Our much‑loved festival returns on Saturday 1st May 2027, complete with the spectacular wickerman burning. If you’d like to be part of this unique and vibrant event, we’d love to hear from you.
Who we're Looking For?
We’re seeking traders offering high-quality, distinctive and atmospheric handmade goods that capture the spirit of Beltain. From blacksmiths, leatherworkers and woodworkers to jewellers and talented artisans, we welcome applications from makers of beautiful, handcrafted wares who can help bring our festival marketplace to life.
Application Deadline
Applications will close on Monday 23rd November. As pitch spaces are limited, we reserve the right to close applications early if we receive a strong selection of traders, so we encourage you to apply as soon as possible.
All applicants will hear from us by Monday 30th November. Thank you for your interest in being part of Beltain Festival 2027!
We’re unable to offer a place to every applicant, but please don’t be discouraged if you’re not selected this time. We genuinely value the interest we receive and may keep promising applications in mind for future events.
Trader Fees & Pitch Information
The trader fee is a one-off payment of £119 for a 3m x 3m pitch, covering your space for the full event.
With over 2,500 visitors expected, Beltain offers a wonderful opportunity to showcase your work, connect with an enthusiastic audience and be part of a memorable celebration at Butser Ancient Farm.
Please note that pitch fees are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Butser Ancient Farm.
