Data protection complaints procedure
We are committed to processing your personal data fairly, lawfully, and transparently. If you have a concern or complaint regarding how we have handled your personal information, please contact us with full details so that this may be investigated. We would like complaints to be in writing either by letter, addressed to Simon Jay, our Director at Charlton Lane, Charlton, Waterlooville PO8 0BG or email to simon@butserancientfarm.co.uk. If you cannot put your complaint in writing, please telephone Simon Jay on 02392 598 838. He will discuss your complaint with those involved and reply to you.
What will happen next?
1. We will acknowledge receipt of your data protection complaint within 30 days.
2. We will investigate your concerns without undue delay and keep you informed of our progress.
3. Once our investigation is concluded, we will clearly explain the outcome, including any remedial actions we have taken.
